What we monitor

  • Application & dashboard — Next.js app and authentication flows.
  • API ingest — Gateway and runtime event endpoints.
  • Data plane — Database and background jobs that power findings and reports.
  • Integrations — Webhooks and third-party notification channels (Slack, PagerDuty, etc.).

During an incident

We post updates on the status page and, when configured, notify subscribers by email. For urgent production issues, contact support@intertrace.ai with your org ID and timestamps of affected requests.
