Intertrace AI, Inc. ("Intertrace," "we," or "us") provides runtime security for AI systems—gateway classification, agent verification, analytics, and reporting. This policy describes how we handle personal and organizational data when you use our websites, APIs, and dashboard.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to visitors of intertrace.ai, registered users, and API integrators. If you use Intertrace on behalf of a company, that organization is the controller of much of the content flowing through the product; Intertrace processes it as instructed by your agreement.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — Name, email, organization name, role, and authentication identifiers from our identity provider.
- Product usage — Gateway and runtime events you send (prompts, tool parameters, model outputs, metadata), configuration (rules, guardrails, assets), and dashboard activity.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, and diagnostic logs for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Billing — Payment status and invoicing details processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on Intertrace infrastructure.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the service (classification, verification, reporting, support).
- Secure the platform, detect fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Communicate about incidents, product changes, and (where allowed) relevant product education.
- Meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your customer prompts or production traffic to train public foundation models. Improvements to our detection models use aggregated signals, synthetic or licensed datasets, and research that does not incorporate your confidential content as described in your order form.
4. Sharing
We use subprocessors (cloud hosting, database, email, analytics) under written agreements with confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of Intertrace and our customers.
5. Retention
We retain account and billing records as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Gateway and runtime event retention follows your plan and configuration; you may request deletion of organization data subject to legal holds.
6. Security
We implement encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege operations, and monitoring. See our Security page for practices and reporting vulnerabilities.
7. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. International transfers
If you access Intertrace from outside the United States, your data may be processed in the U.S. or other regions where we operate infrastructure, with appropriate safeguards.
9. Children
Intertrace is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We will post updates here and adjust the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified through the product or email where required.
